Début 2.0 career relaunch program
Career breaks can be experienced for many reasons – raising a family, becoming a caregiver for ailing family, or in support of a military spouse all come to mind. Our returnship program, Début 2.0, provides an exciting opportunity for those who have taken a voluntary career break to reintegrate into the professional realm in a deliberate and supported manner.
Début 2.0 is a paid 16 week immersive fellowship. The program kicks off with one week of orientation and training sessions followed by 15 weeks dedicated to on-the-job training and networking opportunities. Each fellow is paired with a mentor to offer advice and guidance for the duration of the program.
