CIB AMERICAS CAMPUS RECRUITING PROGRAMS

The Natixis Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week educational immersive program offered to rising juniors, providing a realistic glimpse into the Firm. The summer kicks off with training and orientation followed by continued educational and mentorship programming, and networking events. You will participate in mid-summer and end-of-summer evaluations to ensure that you are honing your skills and receiving timely feedback on your performance. The program culminates in a project presentation to your peers and senior management.

Over the summer, there will be limitless opportunities to network across the firm and meet experts from different industries and backgrounds. Our apprenticeship model and flat organizational structure encourages Summer Analysts to network across all industries, products, and divisions at Natixis.

  • Students selected to join either the Investment Banking Pool (Banking, Coverage, Real Assets, Global Trade, Latin America) or the Global Markets Business will rotate through two desk/products/divisions within these Business Units during the 10-week program.
  • Summer Analysts joining our other businesses (Risk, Support Functions, Client Management) will work specifically within their assigned team or desk over the summer.

At the end of the summer, direct offers are extended to exceptional performers to join the upcoming full-time Analyst class.

PROGRAM AREAS

  • Investment Banking Pool (Coverage, Real Assets [Energy and Natural Resources, Aviation, Infrastructure, Real Estate & Hospitality], Global Trade, Investment Banking [Acquisition and Strategic Finance-Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Credit Capital Markets], Latin America)
  • Global Markets (Fixed Income, Equities, Sales, Trading, Structured Credit [GSCS], Financial Engineering)
  • Client Management & Strategy
  • Risk & Control (Risk, Compliance, Legal)
  • Support Functions (Information Technology, Operations, Finance, Human Resources)

The Full Time Program is a two-year program exposing Program Analysts to multiple industries, products, and functions at the Firm. Immediate access to senior management, top tier training, and a flat organizational structure help promote long term growth, while expanding your perspectives through a unique business experience spanning across different business lines.

The program begins in July with initial training and orientation followed by ongoing “on the desk” continued learning and education. Analysts will have extensive cultural, technical, and business line education given by an array of external trainers and internal Natixis leaders via classroom style sessions.

Throughout the program, managers guide and monitor career development by facilitating the feedback, review and advancement processes. Placement for the two-year program is determined based on feedback and business need following the 10-week Summer Analyst Program or through specific interviews each Fall. Program Analysts can work in:

  • the Investment Banking Analyst Pool, which involves working across our Investment Banking, Coverage, Real Assets, Global Trade, and Latin America businesses. Analysts will be managed by the Pool Manager and will be assigned a diverse mix of projects, deal flow, and a variety of activity across the firm. The Pool will help future junior bankers develop a multi-functional skill set and banking expertise ranging across Natixis’ key focus areas.
  • Global Markets, where you will spend the entirety of the two-year program with one desk/product team. Placements will be determined based upon business need, headcount availability, and preferences following the rotational Summer Analyst Program.
  • Risk & Control, Support, and Client Management, where you will work specifically with one desk/team/group for the duration of the two-year program.
