Professor of International Relations, Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV)
Oliver Della Costa Stuenkel is a Professor of International Relations at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in São Paulo, a Senior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment in Washington DC and a Visiting Scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School. His research focuses on geopolitics and global order, Brazilian foreign policy, Latin American politics and emerging powers. He is the author of several books about geopolitics, including "The BRICS and the Future of Global Order" and the "Post-Western World: How Emerging Powers Are Remaking Global Order". He is also a columnist for Foreign Policy and Estadão, a Brazilian newspaper.

Mr. Berber is a senior member of the CIB Americas team of economists, focused on providing analysis and forecasts for countries in Latin America.
He has 21 years of financial services experience and joined Natixis from Nomura Securities, where he was Senior Economist, Latin America. Earlier in his career, he worked as an economist at RBS, HSBC Securities, Moody’s Investor Service and IDEAglobal.
Mr. Berber holds a B.S. in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a M.A. in Economics from Duke University.

Maria Fernanda joined Natixis in 2015 to lead its Colombia Representative Office. She was appointed Senior Country Manager and Legal Representative of our Brazil office in 2023. She has more than 25 years of experience in global financial markets including treasury, investment banking, and asset management.
Prior to Natixis, she was Country Manager responsible for Colombian strategy and business development at Compass Group. Earlier in her career, Maria Fernanda worked at HSBC, ABN Amro, Bancolombia, and Citibank. She received a degree in Business Administration and Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Olivier Delay is the Chief Executive Officer of Natixis CIB Americas and has more than 25 years of international experience in Corporate & Investment Banking as manager, advisor, debt arranger and bond underwriter.
He started his career working on Infrastructure Project Financings in Europe, including the Eurotunnel project and the financing of new toll roads in Poland and Portugal. Mr. Delay then spent 8 years with Credit Agricole in New York where he worked in Project Finance and Debt Capital Market and oversaw Specialized Assets Securitization.
He joined Natixis CIB Americas in 2008 and worked in various roles in project finance covering Infrastructure, Aircraft, Export, and Structured & Asset Finance. He spent two years as Head of Aviation, Export and Infrastructure for the Americas, before returning to Paris in 2015 to take on this role globally. In 2018 he was named Global Head of Real Assets, which includes Aviation, Infrastructure and Real Estate & Hospitality Sectors. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Natixis CIB Americas in 2019.
Mr. Delay holds a master’s degree in Management from EDHEC Business School, France and a post-graduate diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

Alain started his career in 1992 in the Financing and Treasury Department of SNCF. In 1994, he joined Compagnie Parisienne de Réescompte (CPR) as a trader on money market products, before becoming Head of Corporate Investor Relations on Fixed Income Products then UCITS and then Head of Bond Origination. In 1999, he moved to Natexis Banques Populaires (today Natixis) with responsibility for Bond Origination. In 2003, he became Chief Origination Coordinator for Debt and Equity business and in 2009 he was named Head of Primary Markets within Natixis’ Fixed Income & Commodities business. In 2012, he became Global Head of the Debt Platform and Head of Fixed Income & Treasury Sales. In 2015, he took up the position of Global Head of Fixed Income before being named CEO, Asia Pacific, Corporate & Investment Banking in 2016. He was appointed as Global Head of Investment Banking at Natixis’ Corporate & Investment Banking division in May 2020 and took up his current role as Global Head of Coverage and CEO, CIB EMEA (excluding France) in January 2021.

Christopher develops and maintains macroeconomic views on the US economy and the Fed, manages forecasts of the US economy, and develops insightful thought pieces with a long-term view.
He has 19 years of experience and joins Natixis from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where he was a Principal Economist. Prior to the Fed, he worked at the US Treasury where he served as Deputy Director at the Office of Europe and Eurasia and he spent seven years at the hedge fund Pharo Management.

Mohamed Kallala started his career in 1993 as an ALM trader for BNP Paribas before being appointed Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Crédit Agricole Indosuez in 1995. In 2000, he founded Global Equities Corporate Finance. In 2005, he joined Natixis and became Head of Real Estate Specialist Advisory. In 2010, Mohamed was appointed Head of Real Estate Finance before becoming Global Head of Investment Banking in 2016. In early 2020, Mohamed Kallala became Global Head of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking’s Global Markets activity, before becoming its Global Co-Head later the same year. In 2023, he was appointed Global Head of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking businesses. In January 2025, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Natixis, in charge of Corporate & Investment Banking.

Ms. Radzyminski has been with Natixis since July 2013. Prior to joining Natixis she was Head of Loan Syndication and Sales Latin America at Standard Bank. During her nine years there, she was a regional head for underwriting and distribution of loans.
Prior to joining Standard, Ms. Radzyminksi was a Director and Head of Loan Syndication Latin America for Fleet Bank. In this role, she focused on structuring and syndicating bank loans, for emerging market borrowers. Ms. Radzyminski joined Bank Boston in 1991 and spent her first eight years working with the bank’s branch in Argentina, where she was initially responsible for originating debt transactions and later emerging markets sales and distribution. In 1999 she was invited to join the Emerging Markets Loan Syndication group in Boston. Prior to joining Bank Boston, Ms. Radzyminski spent a year in Citibank Argentina, where she focused on International Trade Finance.
Ms. Radzyminski received an MBA from Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales and a BA in Business Administration from Universidad of Buenos Aires
